Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us. The stated timescales are only a guide and during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer.
All orders are shipped from our mill in Yorkshire, for any orders where duties is applicable Joshua Ellis will pay for any duty charges. The international shipping prices advertised are for an all inclusive door to door service, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £8.70 and we aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer.
Standard delivery charges and approximate delivery times for orders shipped outside the UK are listed below. Exact delivery times will vary depending on the location and country of the delivery address.
Europe: £25.00 3-7 Working days
Rest of the World: £30.00 7-10 working days

All our orders are dispatched on a DHL courier service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. A card will be left by the courier to re-arrange delivery should there be no-one home.
Although we endeavour to deliver your order within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions). We will do our utmost to inform you of any unexpected delays.If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com or by calling us on +44 (0333 200 5948).
You should be able to track your order online through www.dhl.com using the tracking code we emailed to you when your order was dispatched. You can also access your tracking code details by logging in to your Joshua Ellis account and clicking “Review Your Order”.
In regards to delivery outside the EU and the United Kingdom, all prices are inclusive of import tax and duties except for fabric orders.
All duties and taxes payable on Fabric purchases will be recharged to you through our courier.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Joshua Ellis. However, if you are not satisfied in any way please do not hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be happy to refund your item, provided the item is returned to us within 28 days of receipt of goods, quoting your order number, name and address and we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you received). Refunds will be completed within 28 days of receipt of returned goods. To return goods you must package them securely and return to Joshua Ellis. The returned merchandise must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition in its original packaging with swing tags intact. Joshua Ellis reserve the right to decline your return if you fail to take appropriate care of the goods.
Please obtain proof of postage for your package just in case it fails to reach us (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery). It is also the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods in the parcel.
